2. Attendance at the PACS Annual Convention and Business Meeting

1. Member in Good Standing for at least 2 years
2. Attendance in at least one PACS Dermatologic Surgery Charity Mission
3. Attendance in Continuing Medical Education Activities (Online and Onsite)
4. Attendance at the PACS Annual Convention and Business Meeting

Our Story
A commitment to the continuing education and camaraderie of like-minded Philippine Dermatological Society Dermatologists who practice Aesthetic Dermatology, Laser Medic, and Dermatologic Surgery. We aim to lift each other up through online and onsite learning venues while maintaining a congenial atmosphere of professionalism, trust, and support. We engage our industry partners in the latest available technologies in the Philippines and abroad to help cultivate the practices of our members all over the Philippines.
Meet The Board
Krisinda C. Dim-Jamora, MD, FPDS, FPACS
President and Annual Convention Chair
Dr. Krissy Dim-Jamora is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, procedural, and aesthetic dermatologist. She is chair of the Section of Mohs Surgery & Cutaneous Oncology at the Makati Medical Center and head of the Skin Cancer Unit and Dermatologic Surgery Service of the Medical City Ortigas. She believes in giving back by teaching the next generation of dermatologists at the Makati Med and the Skin & Cancer Foundation. She practices in Makati & Ortigas Center.
Julieta Peralta Arambulo, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Vice-President and Missions Chair
Dr. Lily Arambulo is a pioneer hair transplant surgeon and the first board-certified hair restoration specialist of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. As chair of the PACS Missions Committee, she has been crucial in organizing PACS dermsurgical missions in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, and Ilocos Sur. She holds private practice at the Medical City Ortigas and at the Asian Hair Restoration Center.
Desiree Bautista, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Treasurer and Ways & Means Chair
Dr. Des Bautista is a well-respected board-certified dermatologist and currently the residency training officer of the Skin and Cancer Foundation. With 20 years of practice, she has honed her skills through continuous training and seminars. Dr. Bautista is a gifted mentor who guides the residents of the Skin and Cancer Foundation. She holds private practice in Quezon City and Manila.
Loreta Filoteo, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Corporate Secretary and Publicity Chair
Dr. Lorie Filoteo is an established board-certified dermatologist and the past president of the Central Luzon Chapter of the Philippine Dermatological Society. In her over 20 years of practice, she continuously perfects her skills through continuing workshops and seminars. With her guiding smile, she is able to comfort her patients during dermatologic procedures. Dr. Lorie holds private practice in Angeles City, Pampanga
Wilhelmina Maniquis, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Assistant Treasurer
Dr. Mina Maniquis is double board-certified in Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. She is a seasoned dermatologic surgeon with over 30 years of practice. She is an avid Tiktoker and social media creator who shares her advise through creative posts. Dr. Mina practices in Alabang and Cavite.
Bernadette Villaflor, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Director and Membership Chair
Dr. Bernadette Villaflor is the head of the Dermatologic Surgery Unit of the Skin and Cancer Foundation and a faculty of the Region 1 Medical Center. Her kind demeanor gives comfort to her dermatology patients. With over 20 years of practice, she brings her skills to the people of Dagupan where she holds private clinic at the Villaflor Medical Center.
Marie Olivia Mendoza, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Director
Dr. Olive Mendoza is a seasoned board-certified dermatologist. She is a graduate of the Skin and Cancer Foundation and has been practicing for 19 years. Dr. Olive is a recent recipient of the Galderma Aesthetics Award for Excellence, The Skin Medicine Silk Award, and the Vanguard Tala Award. She is currently the president of the Quezon City Rotary Club, where she organizes medical and dermsurgery charity missions. She recently launched the "Skin Mo, Sagot Ko" project for the underprivileged. She holds private clinic in Quezon City.
Ma. Riza Pecache, MD, FPDS, FPACS
Director and Documentation Chair
Dr. Mariz Pecache is a graduate of the Skin and Cancer Foundation batch 1998. She is a PACS Fellow and has been active in PACS activities from workshops, team building and annual conventions. She does basic surgical procedures, neurotoxin and filler injections, mesotherapy and laser procedures as well. She is a visiting consultant at Quirino Memorial Medical Center and VLuna Medical Center and holds her practice at The Medical City Commonwealth.
